Nanny, housekeeper and other reliable household staff from Ukraine:
1) After completing the application and signing the contract, the Customer makes a payment of UAH 1000.00 in advance.
2) The Customer makes the final payment for the services after the Candidate completes the probationary period.
3) The total cost of our services is defined as 100% of the Candidate's monthly salary.
4) Get an additional 10% discount on agency services by giving us the exclusive right for 2 weeks to select a Candidate for you. This means that only we will select Candidates for you within the specified period.
5) In case you need an urgent nanny for one or several days, the cost of agency services is negotiated separately.
Search, selection and outsourcing of foreign personnel:
1) After completing the application and signing the contract, the Customer makes a payment for the first and last month in advance.
2) The monthly payment includes our services of recruitment and accounting support,
also includes tax payments to the budget, costs of obtaining
and renewal of a work permit,
temporary residence permit and registration of a foreigner.

Document preparation services:
1) Obtaining a work permit for foreigners.
2) Legalization of documents at consulates.
3) Obtaining a temporary residence permit and registration of a foreigner.
4) Obtaining a certificate of no criminal record.

FAQ (Client - Agency)
- The selected candidate is paid for a trial day based on their hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours worked;
- Work of nannies and housekeepers in a family (probation period is usually up to 14 calendar days).
- The services of the Candidate are paid for at the end of the working day or by agreement with the Candidate;
- Payment for the Agency's services can be done in cash or through a bank transfer;
- We do not dictate prices for services, each nanny, housekeeper, governess is unique and can request for their services as much as she finds appropriate. The situation is the same with the level of salaries. You discuss these questions during the interview. As a rule, we work either within the client's budget or in cases where a highly qualified nanny, governess or housekeeper is needed, candidates dictate their terms of payment.
